Marketing of Higher Institutions

The purpose of the research area is to conduct studies into how Higher Educational Institutions could create image for themselves through the products they offer. This is reflected in their programmes, research output, internationalisation activities and consultancy services. Topics to be looked at include branding of universities, students’ satisfaction survey, service quality in tertiary institutions, internal marketing, customer care services, corporate communication, public perception, tracer studies, visibility through social media etc.
